Are you from 99 UET. TruthSpreaderTalk 06:27, 17 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sorry for the mistake edit

Salaam, I confused you with a lecturer in UET, who was from 99 session. His name was Saqib Bin Sohail. I thought that you are him. Anyways, I am an ex-UETian , 2000 batch. And I am currently doing PhD overseas. And NOT on HEC scholarship but on Australian Government's scholarship. Cheers TruthSpreaderTalk 06:37, 17 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thats great! But mate you are not signing your posts. You sign your posts by putting ~~~~ at the end of your comment. I hope that you will enjoy your stay at wikipedia. Wikipedia is a like a battlefield. There is a lot of work to do to bring NPOV (Neutral Point Of View) to Islam related articles. I've been working with my friends on Muhammad and Muhammad as a reformer, and you can feel the pain when people don't respect policies on wikipedia like WP:RS and WP:V. I am very glad that modern scholarship is presenting a very positive image of Islam but on the other hand, the world is now in excess of polemics against Islam as well. So I would suggest that whenever you face anyone, ask for their sources and see if those sources are WP:RS and WP:V compatible or not.
The arguments which we are listening to is that they need to include sources which are not WP:RS and WP:V compatible, but they have to use it to bring WP:NPOV. This is my biggest concern, and on this I would like to work a little bit more.
Enjoy your stay at wikipedia and don't get frustrated. Cheers! TruthSpreaderTalk 06:54, 17 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
Anyone can edit the page. It is a good practice to inform other editors on talk page before you make changes but not necessary (see also WP:BB). TruthSpreaderTalk 07:10, 17 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
