San Lin (Born c. 1989 in General Hospital of Lashio from Nothern-Shan State of Myanmar) was born to U San Hla Maung, a Public Service of Railways Transport Directorate and a highly regarded scholar with two delighted Good Service Certificates and Daw Cho Cho Myint, an ordinary Burma Woman. His Grand father, U Khin Maung is former Secretariat to Burma Socialist Party for Shan State in all four decades as electoral service by the people of Shan State. U Khin Maung also retired from Burma Defense Army and his highly regarded scholar in Post WW-II and recorded by the State. Thura Aung (Born c. 1985), a young initiator in social movements of Myanmar who took the Role of Regional Representative to Young Professional's in local Development (YPLD) in Asia. He is a member of his local red cross since 2007 when he was 12 years hold. He help people who suffers from Natural Disasters in his township and neighbors and delighted in Tsunami Operations at Indonesia with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies during 2003-2006 and then 2008 for Nargis Storm Responses and Development of Nargis Affected Areas till now. His excellent communication and working closely with the Sphere Project office in Geneva is delighted to build up the Bridge to Myanmar with closed contact and working together. He also work for civil society movements and further capacity developments of local civil society organisations and the group especially for the local younaged for capacity development as a freelance training consultant several years. Then he works for several agencies and international organisations for the right-based social development. He attained the Master of Public Health from Mahidol University then he work for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment-supports over eight years with the Department of Health under the Union Ministry of Health of the National AIDS Control Programme. He is a founding member of the Radanar Ayar Association for the Rural Development in Myanmar with his excellent colleagues founded local non-governmental organization RADANAR AYAR is uniquely equipped to work alongside Bogalay’s farming communities to tackle the key issues that affect their livelihoods and promote their well-being. RADANAR AYAR Association for Rural Development is Bogalay-based – being founded by local people and community leaders who have decades-long experience in agricultural development issues. Since the organization is truly from the community, it has a close relationship with local farmers as well as with local leaders in agricultural trade and production.

Personal Life He tries to build his capacity to be fluent in English and the other second languages try to support people and reduce the language barriers , also much respect the rights of other.He is a Red Cross Life member and the Trainer to Sphere Project. He also represent to the Young Professional's in Local Development for Aisa Region since 2011. He also serve for Radanar Ayar in Director of Programme position since 2010. He is currently working for full time directorate to the Radanar Ayar Association with the operational budget of three millions us dollars millions annually over 20 staff at Head Office in Bogalay.</big>
