Muhammad Sani Umar (Sani Daura)
Muhammad Sani Umar: named after his grandfather Late Yerima Sani Daura, Born in Yola Town, Adamawa State on the 29th of April, 1983. to Haj. Amina Sani Daura (Umar) and Late Alh. Umaru Hamman. School Life:
He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate, (FSLC), at Musdafa Model Primary School, Yola. {Musdafa Pri. Sch. Yola}. Between 1989 to 1994. later joined Aliyu Musdafa College, Yola. (former Yelwa Govt. Sec. Sch. Yola) for Secondary School Leaving Certificate, (SSCE) between 1994 to 2001. later went for certificate study in Computer Study at AMOSA Computer Centre, Yola. in 2001. (founded by Aliyu Musdafa College old boys association). In the year 2007 he obtained National Diploma in Computer Science at Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola (2004 to 2007).
Working Career:
1. Served as Computer Operator & Acting Coordinator at AMOSA Computer Centre, Yola. between July, 2002 to March, 2004.
2. During Industrial Attachment he also served as Computer Operator in Computer Unit at Adamawa State House of Assembly Complex, Yola. between November, 2005 to February, 2006.
3. Served as Computer Operator, Store Officer and Confidential Secretary to Managing Director at Capital Microfinance Bank (Nig.) Ltd. Yola. between June, 2008 to January, 2009.
4. Currently working with Adamawa State University, Mubi. as Computer Operator in I C T Unit, University Cyber Café, February, 2009 – Date.
Community Service:
1. Participated in General Election 2007 as Presiding Officer (ad-hoc staff) of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), April, 2007. under the supervision of INEC, Yola.
2. Participated in Governorship Re-run Election 2008 as Domestic Electoral Observer under the supervision of Pan African Strategic & Policy Research Group (PANAFSTRAG), Lagos. April, 2008.
