3 Potential Articles: edit
- I think a cool page to edit would be the Jacksgap page. I really think that the channel, its influence, and the guys behind it are seriously underrepresented. As a channel with over a million subscribers and videos with over a million views, it deserves more background, especially reference to their work with non-profits/organizations, collabs with other youtubers, etc.
- Another option could be the State Champs page. They happen to be one of my favorite bands and I realize there isn't enough information on their touring and I feel that I have the knowledge on them to find sources to add to their page. Also, it would probably just benefit the band in general if their page represented them better.
- Also interesting page is the Podcast page. At the top there is a note that mentions the page is "too technical for most readers to understand" and needs to be made "understandable to non-experts, without removing technical details." I've never really noticed a banner like this on a page before and think it could be an interesting challenge to try and rewrite to make it more user-friendly.
I think option 3, while challenging, avoids the problems of not having enough reliable sources that you may run into with options 2 and 1. You are welcome to move forward drafting the article. Hi Sofia,
I thought your contributions were well thought out and really added something to the last part of the article. At this point, the article seems neutral and supported by a lot of reliable sources. Here are a few suggestions:
- Say when "Rock Sound Presents: The Black Parade" was released
- When you mention another band/tour/etc., put hyperlinks to their Wiki pages by using these [[ ]]
I also think that you could expand upon other parts of the page, such as "Style". Keep in mind that the lead section is supposed to give an overview of the topic and reflect the most important information going into an article, so I'd take another look at it and make sure it's covered essential information.
