She worked with Raleigh Tanzania as youth development officer and progress as Senior marketing and communications officer to attract volunteer in event,inspire and empower youth through share her personal development journey to 100's of youth in Tanzania.Rose is multi award winning,she has been recognized alongside Top 100 women as STAR award winner in United Kingdom in 2018,African youth empowerment in 2017 and recipients of woman in events and inducted as hall of fame in 2017. Rose named among Top 100 women trailbrazers as UN volunteer campaigner from ANANKE magazine during international women's day in 2018.Rose was one among speaker at United Nations in 2016,Speaker at leadership and women empowerment conference in Thailand.She is also climate action activist.
