I am a seasoned software project implementer and web entrepreneur with deep domain experience in all aspects of the tech sector. I have been writing code since I was 16, initially for the Government of the former Soviet Union, before starting up my own company in Ireland where I invented an enduring and critically acclaimed open-source development tool called the “Agile Toolkit”. Alongside the development of the Agile Toolkit, I worked as a consultant for a portfolio of distinguished companies across Europe, Japan and the USA including; Accenture, BBC, Proctor & Gamble, MasterCard, DoCoMo etc.., I have implemented and overseen numerous projects of a complex scale including projects managed remotely and on site, such as my position at MasterCard in Japan.

My speciality and focus has been on building and overseeing development of large scale and complex software projects across a full range of applications including; mobile, gaming, Mobile-to-TV, Internet TV, finance systems, social networks, social gaming and commercial platforms as well as the BBC iPlayer. I am often employed in disaster recovery situations in complex data projects, both as a consultant as well as a project manager. My diverse language skills (Russian, Latvian and English) has enabled me to manage remote teams of freelance technical experts at short notice where I have been tasked with rescuing and rapidly turning-around critical data projects for a number of large blue chip companies.
