Democratic Development in India edit

The political scene after the Karnataka state legislative assembly election in 2018 is not an exception in Indian Politics. After Independence almost all the politicians who are in the whelm of Indian politics and their blind followers believe that the victory of forming a government by any means including unethical ugly political play as a democratic political means and it also terms it as a measure of political strength and leadership ability. It is formed from the understanding that a government in power is the most useful weapon to conquer the democratic rights of the people. This is because in almost all the nations the democratic constitutional frame is formed for giving very high importance to the formation of a government than its principles and aim. It is seen that in almost all the period the democratic navigators and highly valued democratic referees are taking part in political games and scoring more goals than the players. A rethinking about our constitutional amendments and major electoral norms shall be a democratic system saver instead of people’s revolutionary opinions which are being propagated as a massive provocation which will destabilize the constitution of India. We doubt whether the spokespersons of major political parties have the courage to defend the anxiety of ordinary people of India in such situation. IF they do not have the courage then not only Indian democracy but also the great values of India will be lost.

I like to compare the cricket scandals in India and political fowl play by political parties not only after the announcement of election result but also the means adopted by them to archive their stand and its implications.

Cricket is a game of personal enjoyment but generates sportsman sprit which is essential to individual and society. While democratic political party system is a formal organizational social entity which is emerging from the collective generation of social power from the people to rule them and leads them to a great journey to a happy life. While comparing the ways, means, the effect of the unlawful act of betraying their group and the nation and the legal consequence faced by them and the reaction of their team members etc are considered these two entities have wide range of differences. If we want to know the depth of these coercive action we should consider the value given to the selection of players, their scope of performance in the play ground, the scope of impact of the play on individual and society, the method of selection of a member (player in cricket and a parliamentarians in democracy) among the group, the quantum of selection members, etc in the social platform of a nation. If a player or a group of players in cricket entered in to a match fixing scandal, then they are under law and order practice of a nation. They may be in prison and or a life term ban from the play. The basis of charges is the violation individual and social laws arising out of breach of law and betrayal of public. On the other hand a member selected under the banner of a political party in one day along with a group of member of the same party is working for or sitting with another party for the formation of government or for setting down the ruling government and all these play is promoted by great national leader, then these ugly foul play of national or regional betrayal of constitution on a nation is termed as for the people and for the sake of democracy.

To form a democratic government for a nation or to form a ruler for a nation by any other method has uncompromised differences. The first one flow from great values of human and the other one generate from natural process. It means if the people of a nation opt for a democratic constitution, then it should be a democratic constitution in real sense. Unless constitutional frame work are power enough to protect the democratic norms, the loop hole in the constitutions will run and it will make advantage over democratic values . It is an extra ordinary social practice that there is no constitutional system to prevent and punish or ban the leaders and the members of ruling body in democracy who indulge in the act of demoralizing the constitution of India. There is no powerful or efficient formal or informal law in the constitution of India to prevent or punish betrayers of constitution of India. Instead it is the practice to file charge sheet against poor Indian citizen who point out these fact in public in his own emotional mood or hide their feeling from the public by enacted law in the name of provocative words and act.

I am not going deep in to the comparison of punishment giving to an ordinary citizen and members of ruling body indulge in the act of national betrayal. But I like to specify the importance of impact to control these unfair constitutional practices preventing the overall development of great India.

I like to draw the reaction of an auto driver who has asked for more auto fare than the fare fixed by the government. He reacted “your leader has no rule and law, but we poor people asking something for living is a big problem to you”. The traveler gave money, but he curses the rulers, the ruling system and his inability. Who is responsible for such situations? An authority or spoke person in front of a media may say “Here is rule and law, why you have not filed a complaint? It is your fault.” The answer is correct. Does it mean that in a democratic nation all the people should go before an authority for his daily life? It is an informal fact that all most all the cadre political parties expecting such situation to achieve their undemocratic aim. For them the democracy is for creating an issues and solving these issues for generating another issue. Who will complaint against our leaders and who will trail them? Only one answer is that constitution of India should have to trail them because they are beyond any formal authorizes. It means it is not the compliant and trail needed, but constitutional laws should be compact enough to recue people’s right and democracy, otherwise law will practice unlawfulness and order will practice orderliness.

It is a fact that Indian constitution is the one of the best constitutional law in the world in a democratic ruling system. But as far as democratic ruling system is concerned there should always be loop holes because the foundation of democratic concepts is all inclusive rather than excluding its betrayers. Our fundamental question is that by the experience of 70 years independence and democratic ruling are we satisfies with the functional result of the these constitutional bodies regarding the selection of members of constitutional bodies and rights of political parties on its ruling body members. From the real play ground we, the people of Indian strongly believe that there is some unmatched interpretation regarding functionality of political parties and members in prime ruling body. Indian democracy is promoting the independent stand of political parties and the independent stand of members of the constitutional bodies. The fundamental question is does these freedom is for effective promotion of democracy and is for the great ruling our nation or for a group who want to play unfair means to occupy the chair and power. It is understandable that salient mass of democratic citizen are helpless and their sorrows are unnoticeable. It is where democratic change is needed and constitutional change is need. Unless constitution is not giving a clear demark as what is not the right of a political party and what is not the right of a member of a democratic body for the people and for the nation the consequences is that party politic shall always be under pressure.

Since constitutional bodies are at the utmost hierarchy level formed by the formal laws to protect the formal and informal rights of citizen of a nation and social livings unless there is well framed controlling system of its elected members and political parties and judicial system then every misuse of power and authority by the prime ruling members shall not only destabilize the nation but also set back the development of a nation. If constitutional control system is inefficient then political leadership shall be in the hand of untrue politician and in the hand of unfair coalition groups up to the root level hence the leaders and members with self integrity and personal discipline shall not come to the epitome of political system and the democratic ruling body system shall always be under the pressures groups. Whatever may be developing agendas and visions introduced by the government it should be short living because it is not possible to formulate a disciplined society to activate the budgeted policies. The independence in terms of freedom, authority and activation of decision given as constitutional right shall be under threat to a constitutional body when freedom without justice and justice without freedom are promoted by leaders. It is sorrowful that democracy allowing its constitutional members to play the dirty games to attain the power where fundamental functional methodology of democracy is fair play and justice.
