The shortened version of my name could be simply 'Ren' and it is a nickname derived from a fictional character Rinoa Heartilly (misspelled though...). My Real-Life status is a native Saudi-Arabian girl who is a college student in the Eastern Province, specifically in the city of Dammam (Al-Dammam). I'm currently studying Arabic Literature and have lived in Saudi Arabia and spoke Arabic my whole life.

Qualifications

- Native Arabic speaker (Official Fos'ha(فصحى) and Eastern-Saudi-Arabia dialect) - Studies in Arabic Literature. - Saudi Arabian resident for 23 years (my whole life) - Fluent in spoken and written English. - occasional visits to traditional villages in the east for family visits. (historical locations scattered here and there, plus stories and information from older-generation grandma's and residents)

Why I am a Wikipedian

Because I would rather help confirm and correct information about Saudi Arabia and articles written in Arabic from a local perspective rather than depend on outside material as much as possible, and would want to promote Saudi users of my age group who are fluent in english to help with whatever information they can provide. I consider myself blessed to be fluent in English and want to make good use of that by helping in a non-profit organization for free learning. Hopefully in the future i will have more time to translate articles from English to Arabic, the Arabic language wiki is lacking so much...

What are you working on recently?

I've only built up courage to actually start writing here as of a few hours ago, even when i have been registered for years, so my current work would be focused on and around the Gahwah ( Arabic Coffee ) Article.
