Reggie, The True Blue 50's Rock and Roller born September 7, 1956, in Sturgeon Falls, ON, Canada. At a young age growing up in Sturgeon Falls, ON, Canada, Reggie was as focused on music as the day is long. His dad, Yvon, was a drummer for a swing band in Timmins, ON, back in the 40's and early 50's. In those days the old gramophones were sounding out swing, rockabilly, and rock and roll. With Reggie's older brother Ray taking a shine to the drums and his younger brother Gilles playing the bass, house parties and family gatherings became pretty common at their place of residence.

In 1975, Reggie relocated to Timmins, ON, Canada. He started playing in a dynamic and explosive rock band. Although he loved the opportunity to play alongside of these serious musicians, it just wasn't his calling. While both his brothers Ray and Gilles were playing in blues, country and rock bands, Reggie remained true and pure to the 50's rock and roll era. Whenever the brothers got together, the party music theme was focused mainly on the old Rock and Roll. They sounded great together.

The brothers decided to have a casual meeting at a local coffee shop in Sturgeon Falls, ON, to discuss their musical intentions. That day they decided to merge as a three (3) piece band. Still to this day, the name "REGGIE AND THE HUBCAPS" rings a bell to many who followed. Their first appearance as a trio was June 15th, 1990 in North Bay, ON.

As time went by, Ray and Gilles had to relocate to other cities. Gilles remained as bass player for the time being. Reggie was determined to find a replacement drummer to keep the Hubcaps name alive. Searching for that position he met up with a drummer from North Bay, ON, named Billy MacInnis. In 1994, after his brother Gilles left, Reggie recruited a bass player/piano player by the name of Mark De-Sousa who was formerly from Toronto, ON. This new trio delivered a much appreciated drive and sparkle to music. Reggie decided to add a fourth member to see what would come of it. That member was a blues guitarist from Callendar, ON, by the name of Tom Boudreau whose style of playing brought a total blues flavor to the band's sound. "REGGIE AND THE HUBCAPS" were rolling and it was a smoking Rock and Roll Band.

Again as time would have it, Tom Boudreau had to leave to due to other commitments. A temporary local guitarist by the name of Tom Millette from North Bay, ON filled in until a fourth member was found. Reggie met up with an acquaintance/local guitarist Dennis Lafontaine who became their fulltime member. Dennis's styles of playing and unique sound fit right in and it was then that the groups name was changed to "Fairlane" in the year 2005.

This time around the groups' sounds were true to the era. Touring with Fairlane, fans from the Hubcap era would ask Reggie what ever happened to the Hubcaps!! In 2011, with Reggie's passion for the original band, he once again was looking for that unique sound that he had with the Hubcaps. Reggie had to think about the blues sound while keeping it rock and roll. With his brothers passed away, he had to find that sound unique to The Hubcaps one more time and bring it back to the stage. Reggie decided to regroup with all new members. The band renamed "The Hubcaps all Canadian" will be on stage in the summer of 2012. The first show, Heart & Soul, will be held in memory of Reggies' father Yvon, brothers Ray and Gilles Perreault.
