These concept templates are used when a user on Wikipedia is blocked form editing for placing unnesecary speedy deletion tags on one of more pages, whithout creating a topic on the said tagged page(s)s talk page.
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for placing multiple and unnecessary speedy deletion tags on multiple pages. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
Remember, if you want to mark a page for speedy deletion, create a topic of the page’s talk page. Make sure the page meets Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.
