In 1995, those impressive and representative anime works can be the greatest sample to discover the unique meaning and art style in the 1990s and figure it out what on earth those works still go out in a blaze of glory and long life when facing the different theme in the fast-changing era[1].
The way to create contemporary valuable work in the form of anime and actions should be taken to optimize the anime industry chain that could be found out. Therefore, people may give up the prejudice of the existence of anime: A good story by creating a colorful virtual world, high-completed storyline and special sign language should be respected, and as one form of artwork, anime isn’t approved by kids only, but each people who can feel the charm of a moving story with humanistic concern.
