A while ago, probably back in 2005, I began using Wikipedia. Since then I have become what I term a Wiki-whore. That is I look up an article on Wikipedia, and in a couple of hours all I have managed is to open enough tabs in Firefox to go off my screen and confuse myself. I attempt brute-force knowledge intake. I'm also a Picture-of-the-Day whore. That is I have every, or everyone that appeals.
Recently I thought, since I take so much from Wikipedia I'll try to give something back. So I've begun uploading images to Wikimedia Commons. And have included some of my pictures in articles on En-Wikipedia. I just hope that they are acceptable and help Wikipedia. I take photography as a hobby, along with spamming my computer 24/7.

A while back I joined Wikipedia. I enjoy being a member of things I love. Not till recently I actually contemplated contributing. And not till yesterday(20/04/2007) did I actually begin contributing in a constructive fashion.
I've still almost no idea to the overall scheme of the way wikis operate, nor the syntax. But I'll learn, albeit slowly. EDIT: See top of page!
Done some uploading of images through Wikimedia. And linked Wikipeida articles to most of them. Its seems that once I have an image ready for upload I upload it out of habit, for I'm on a dial up connection and if I don't upload it then, when I do go to upload it it'll take forever. Furthermore it seems that once uploaded I need to link to it for fear of otherwise forgetting about it, or fear of the image becoming entropic. I suppose if the image is not needed in an article then it shall just sit unlinked, and this is the way of things. I am aware that there a many ways of keeping track of my uploaded images.

where did the contents suddenly come from? also its all disjointed with the adoption thing. how can you move things around on the page?
