The 2019–20 NAFU Regions League was the inaugural edition of the NAFU Regions League a quaternary association club football tournament for CONCACAF teams located in the North American Football Union countries. Twenty-five teams from 10 NAFU nations competed in the tournament. The qualification rounds began on 27 June 2019 and concluded on 18 July 2019. Group stage was played from 1 August 2019 to 24 October 2019. In February and March 2020 the knockout rounds were played, culminating with the final on 10 March 2020.

Mexican club, UNAM defeated American club, D.C. United in the final, 2–1. The four semifinalists, UNAM, D.C. United, Santos Laguna, and Toluca qualified for the 2020 CONCACAF Regions League.
