Christopher Oarhe, (born 10th March 1964) is the senior pastor of Hilltop International Christian Centre, a faith-spitting megachurch with over 10,000 members, located in the garden City of Port Harcourt, in Rivers state of Nigeria. Rev. Chris as is popularly known was born into a celebrated family of educationist in a remote community not far away from the ancient city of Benin. Rev. Chris’ church services and faith messages are broadcast on The New Experience, which are aired on African Broadcasting Network, Cable Mission Television (CMTV), Nigerian Television Authority, Rivers State Television, SilverBird TV, and a couple of other local broadcasting networks. Other aspect of Rev. Chris’ ministry, includes, an annual faith feast captioned as “TopLife Convention” that attracts well over 20,000 people yearly. He is a pastor, preacher, seminar speaker and writer with a wealth knowledge and skill acquired across a wide range of demanding roles. With over 20 years experience in Christian ministry, he has demonstrated a prolific teaching ministry and effective contribution in directing a successful people focused team. Rev. Chris spearheads a high calibre media ministry with heavy emphasis on the word of faith and people development spanning the nation of Nigeria and the globe. Particularly interested in economic processes, financial systems and globalization he seeks to empower individuals in their pursuit of recognizing, maximizing and utilizing their God given potentials. He is the Senior Pastor of Hilltop International Christian Centre, which is one of Nigeria’s fastest growing churches. In the year 2000 after acquiring a 5-acre property, Pastor Chris moved Hilltop International Christian Centre into its new 3000-seater fully air-conditioned auditorium. Each week, Pastor Chris delivers God’s message of faith and encouragement to more than 5,000 attendees. One out of the three weekly services is broadcast on four television stations where it is viewed by over two million Nigerians each week and more than 10 million viewers all over Africa.
