The Pirate Party Nepal (Nepali: समुद्री डाका पार्टी नेपाल), abbreviated as the PPN, is a political party in Nepal. The PPN was founded in 2010 and modeled after the European Pirate Party of Sweden, which won one seat in the 2009 European Parliament elections. The foundation of the PPN resides on open government, equality, nonviolence and net neutrality.

PPN is not yet officially registered as a political party in Nepal. It needs to submit registration application to the Election Commission of Nepal with 10,000 signatures of support. Party registration is only open during national elections in Nepal[1].

PPN is currently in the process of applying for affiliation with the Pirate Parties International.
