1. Observance of all copyrights and maximum tolerance and respect with the full cooperation of the organizers and administrators in this encyclopedia!
2. Impartial improvement of the encyclopedia "Wikipedia" qualitative and quantitative attitude in favor of users.
3. Control over security, order and tolerance between individual users.
4. Assistance to young users, also to more experienced ones if necessary.
Note: User control the moment only on the pages that are in his personal interests, especially during occasional visits to the encyclopedia, for charity, acting with his gratitude to the owners and their staff for development.
