Who Am I? edit
You are what you eat and I like nuts. Oh well.
I studied macro economics in Amsterdam, was a cold warrior, then an East Asia "expert" in the Dutch ministry of economic affairs. I went on to OECD in Paris, where I handled export credits, a subject very few people know or care about, but I loved it. From there on, I worked for a very large pension fund as chief economist, later as Public Affairs officer (that's a nice way to say lobbyist). I am nominally retired now, but I created my own business, advising a number of clients in the pension sector.
