Hi, I am Para-Oz, or at least thats my user name. I hail from Germany, but spent the last two years in Australia where I intend to stay for at least another two years. I currently live in coastal Queensland, close to the Great Barrier Reef.

I have got a degree in Political Sciences and Modern History. Some of my primary interests, accordingly, concern political topics, mostly Foreign Relations and the wide field of Defence Studies. Beyond that I read a lot, mostly Science Fiction and Travelling Literature. I am also an outdoor enthusiast, doing anything from Biking to Watersports.

As far as Wikipedia is concerned, I am mostly browsing through topics related to these interests of mine, with an emphasis on military technology. I wrote articles on the German Wikipedia, but that was a long time ago.
