This template is designed to encompse several templates into a single one controled by a |type= switch and with as many variables as possible reduced to ease usage. for example:
- Default Message (no type defined) = Template: PermissionOTRS
- Image = Template: ConfirmationImageOTRS
- Pending = Template: OTRS pending
- Confirmation = Template: ConfirmationOTRS
- talk = Template:OTRS-talk (not setup yet)
and for the variables the possibility have been reduced down to:
- id - ticket id number
- source - for images/text ect
- license - defines Public Domain or GFDL
- bot - places a large "please have human check" message if placed by a bot
