The 2019–20 Vale of Clwyd and Conwy Football League is the 46th season of the Vale of Clwyd and Conwy Football League, which is in the fifth and sixth level of the Welsh football pyramid.

There are eleven teams in the Premier Division and ten teams in Division One, with the champions of the Premier Division promoted to the Welsh Alliance League.
