This is a draft idea for a possible future WikiProject with the aim of encouraging useful contributors to run for adminship. To raise any ideas, please post them on the talk page. I am also open to ideas for an alternative name.

This is a WikiProject, an area for focused collaboration among Wikipedians. New participants are welcome; please feel free to participate!

Goals

To encourage more editors with the potential to become an admin to apply via a RfA.
To increase the percentage of successful RfAs by helping users to only run once they have reasonable chance of passing.
