Introduction:Noor Ahmed Pirkani was born on 25th,August 1967,he belongs to Baloch tribe of Pirkani.Pirkani tribe is comprised of Brahui speaking people,found in Pakistan,Afghanistan & Iran.He belongs to village Ashkhan in Tehsil Kardgap District Mastung. Qualification: Noor Ahmed Pirkani has passed his graduation in Geography, Masters in Brahui language. He has also got the degrees of LLB and LLM from Law College and University of Baluchistan Quetta.
Profession: He qualified the Competitive examination of Baluchistan public service Commission and was appointed in Secretariat Group in B.17.Following is his detail of his postings: AS Section Officer & Under Secretary: Social Welfare department, Zakat Department,S&GAD,Health department, Finance Department, Communication & Works Department. District Government: District Officer (Planning & Finance) Kharan & Pishin, T.M.O Kharan, Executive District Officer Forest & Wildlife Kharan. Literary Activities: He is interested in literature and literary activities and author of four Brahui books: i) Brahui Adad; Published during 2000 AD and it is a text book for graduation and master classes. ii) Gidan na Gindhar: Published during 2001 AD and it is a book of fiction or short stories in Brahui language. iii) Tareekh Na kafun; This book is also in Brahui Language and it was translated from the book of Amer Jalel in sindhi language. iv) Brahui Quiz: This book was published during 2012 AD.This book contains knowledge about history,geography,literature about Balochistan and Brahui Language. v) Noor Ahmed Pirkani has propounded a theory about origin of Brahui Language in English language. vi) He has written many research articles published in Urdu,English and Brahui news papers and magazines. vii) He has designed and launched a website of Brahui in English Language: Brahui.page.tl( This website provides basic information about Brahui Literature).

Awards: Noor Ahmed Pirkani has been awarded the Literary award of ‘ Maulana Malik Dad Kalati Award 2012’ for his excellence in Brahui Literature.
