Noor Ahmed Rind was born in 1993 in a little village of Hyderabad. He received his early education in his village. He did his matriculation from Government High School Chukhi and Intermediate from Government Boys College Shaikh Hafiz Mori Mangar. As he completed his intermediate studies he soon got an offer at nearby school Roshni Model School.
Due to poverty he could not go to reputed university to study of Master but he did not give up. He tried his best to educate himself at least he got admission in City college Hyderabad in 2014 where he completed his B.A and started to study in M.A in English.
It was hard time for him to shoulder the responsibilities in little age without any support. He wanted to pass CSS exams, it was great challenge for him.
