[1] Lifa Nichole Ngubane. Born 09 September 1995 in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Attended Suikerland Secondary School in Mpumalanga until completion in 2016. Currently studying Business Management at Boston City Campus And Business College, Pretoria, South Africa. He's also the founder and owner of Bossman Enterprises, a small conglomerate company, specialising mostly in: Real Estate, Retail, Technology and offering services such as: property management and Maintenance. His passion for property development began at the age of 10, when he'd assist contractors with renovations at his grandparents house, He then grew the love for 'DIY' and started doing his own projects around the compound. He says his father owning a couple of guests houses inspired him even more to be in the property sector, but he always wanted to do it better than his father, like going on to Hotels and resorts. He then began to enhanced his knowledge about the property markets in South Africa at the age of 15 by reading real estate magazines, ads, and watching DIY shows. But that is not what he is only passionate about, his passion goes on to equities. Studying Economics and Accounting in high school sharpened his mindset about finances, he says. Economics was his favourite subject because it was related to everyday life and it included the business and political knowledge. He says that made him grow the love for investments. Every morning and evening he'd check the currency exchanges, commodities, and the JSE share prices, he also began reading news related to business, economics, and finances whether local or international. He also believes that some day he will list his company 'Bossman Enterprises' in the JSE and the London stock exchange, if it all goes well.
