Dudley's Bakery is a landmark location in Santa Ysabel, California. It was founded in 1963 by the late Dudley Pratt. At the time, Mr. Pratt was a 53-year old baker who had previously operated a bakery in El Cajon, California. [1]
Dudley's bread variations (43) were inspired largely by Mr. Pratt's European travels. [2]
Dudley's Bakery now operates a deli, gift shop and produces thousands of loaves per day. The breads and fruit bars are available to a growing number of grocers and specialty shops. [3]
