Brian Dillon was born in Nashville,Tennessee to Kathy & Bruce Dillon. He has 1 sister, and 2 half-parternal brothers from his father's second marriage.
Brian's father lived near Chicago, in his youth and his mother in Nashville. This cultural diversity, is said to have been the reason Brian has been successful in many areas of his life.
In his youth, his mother struggled with alcohol abuse and he grew up fast. His sister being 10 years older than Brian was more his mom, during his mothers sickness. With the inspiring love of his determined sister he watched her receive a scholarship to Tennessee Technological University and became a prominent Nurse at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. Brian stated that his sister was always his shining light, and no matter how bad things were at home, her success gave him hope. "Even though I took the scenic route, I'm thankful I arrived on time". Brian grew up mostly by his environment by growing up on the wrong side of the tracks and his summers up north. Still, he excelled in school, and teachers would say that he was bored with the work because he either knew it, or caught on quick.. Which is said to have gave Brian just enough time to get into trouble. It's said that he was paddled, suspended, and won most likely to succeed in the same school year.
Brian was a football player in high school, and was scouted as a freshman but it's said he was too worried about keeping his mother alive to worry about than playing a game. In his senior year of high school, he was informed that he wouldn't allowed to be able to graduate with his classmates because he has missed too much class. Too embarrassed to explain his responsibility at home, Brian quit 4 months before graduation and enrolled in G.E.D. class and
passed before his classmates graduated.
After school, Brian faced a dilemma that would alter his life for a decade. Though, not all the legendary stories are known the ones that have been heard made him a local legend in Tennessee. Full of long nights writing music and more debacles than one can write,he landed in trouble and gave up his passion of music for good.The day before his departure, he had a meeting with BMI brass and was expected to earn a pretty penny.But, he walked away.
After growing out of his local legend persona, Brian went back to school 13 times and has said to have 30+ certifications. In 2009, he met the love of his life Ms.Sherry. The couple have 2 daughters together and a stepson who works for Brian, from a previous marriage.
Brian Dillon has become one of the most influential young businessmen in the Southeastern United States. His modernization of public safety and traffic control, with his aligned team of industry professionals have made him very well respected in this region.
He is currently one of the most successful Operations Directors in the United States in a Private Security Firm.
He has used his past to groom men through Prison to Work programs. Through his work, he helps men who want to change their life with tools and classes for jobs in his industry. It is said he has helped over 200 men in Nashville alone. He also does a lot of behind the scenes charity work in Nashville.
