Myah Marie is a talented American pop singer and songwriter who was made famous from the internet. Myah Marie Langston is the eldest daughter of comedian Murray Langston, or better known as The Unknown Comic. Myah was born on the 24th of March, 1989 Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, and currently still lives in Los Angeles with her best friend. Myah Marie wanted to be a singer since she was a child, but afraid, she kept her dream and talent hidden from family and friends.
When she was 17 her parent bought her a MacBook for christmas, and soon later kicked her out of the family home. With only the clothes on her back, and her new MacBook she took to Garage Band and wrote and sung her first song, Lies and Ripped Jeans. Her friends heard her song and convinced her to make a Myspace Music account, and after that it was getting dozens of hits daily. Soon after songs including Lies and Ripped Jeans, Stiletto Sex, and Candy From Strangers were on YouTube. With her voice sounding similar to pop sensation Britney Spears, people were confused as to who Myah Marie was. For Britney Spears's most recent album, Circus, Myah was asked to do backup vocals for the song 'Circus'. Myah didn't have the honor to meet her idol, although she did have the opportunity to look over Britney's pages of notes with her doodles and signatures all over them.
Myah Marie has already had internet success in the 5 years she's been writing and recording, but soon her fame will skyrocket with the release of her debut album in the next year.
