I am the Awards Manager for The Ivors Academy for Music Creators (The Ivors Academy), a UK based trade organisation for songwriters and composers.
One of the Academy’s aims is to celebrate British and Irish Songwriters and Composers and we do this with our presentation of Ivor Novello Awards- one in May at The Ivors, which celebrates songwriting and screen composition, and the other in December at The Ivors Composer Awards which celebrates contemporary classical, jazz and sound art.
As such, any edits I’d like to make are to ensure that the pages which relate to The Ivors Academy and Ivor Novello Awards are accurate and up to date- all whilst being mindful of Wikipedia's rules about neutrality and sourcing.
