This page explains my rationale in December 2008 ArbCom elections.

The rules are simple. I have chosen 3 candidates whom I believe would be best fit for the "office" (named in alphabetical order):

  1. Carcharoth (statement - questions - vote)
  2. Rlevse (statement - questions - vote)
  3. WJBscribe (statement - questions - vote)

As an added twist, I am voting oppose against all others to increase the chances of my chosen ones. Thus remember: this is in no way personal, just a shameless exploitation of the voting system.

The rationale for this simplistic approach is likewise simple: with so many candidates, there's too much tl;dr statements, questions and answers. Thus, if I didn't know you beforehand, you had no chance for a support vote, sorry. On the other hand, I trust these three enough so I don't need anything more than skimming through their statements.

Bottom note: I have made all my votes using the ace_voter.py script, because Python is cruise control for cool.
