Mikhail de Rivera was a local entrepreneur in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines.
He became a contact center operations manager when he relocated his whole family to Laguna. While in Tuguegarao from 2004 to 2016, he expanded business operations, certified staff, and modernized systems. As a former school administrator, he improved finances, upgraded computers, and secured scholarships. As secretary at Lighthouse Cooperative, he focused on administrative support from 2012 to 2016. He also contributed by assisting in formulating key ordinances at the Tuguegarao City Council in 2007 to 2009.
He currently serves as an executive assistant at a biotech company.
