A 25-year-old primordial dwarf who along with his sister is in the Guiness World Records and starred in a TLC television series has died as a result of health issues.

Brad Jordan passed away early Tuesday morning at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago. Funeral services are scheduled for ten Tuesday morning at Greenview Christian Church in Centralia, with visitation from four to eight Monday evening at the church. Memorials may be given to the Potentials Foundation and will be accepted at the Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon who is in charge of arrangements. The Potential Foundation supports the work of families dealing with dwarfism.

According to the Guiness World Records, Brad weighed only 35 pounds and was 38-inches tall. He along with his sister Bri, who weighed only 18 pounds and is 27 inches tall, were the world's shortest living brother and sister.

The two were part of an eight-part television series, 'Big Tiny' that aired on the TLC cable channel in 2012. Both earned scholarships and were on the Kaskaskia College cheerleading team. Brad could do multiple flips and became the top of the human triangle during cheers. He was also part of the Kaskaskia Theater Guild and the Dwarf Athletics Association of America. Brad also had a purple belt in karate, an elite gymnast, avid hunter and loved to dance. He was also a musician who could play the trumpet and drums.
