So what does it do? edit
It basically switches old templates with new ones where template redirects don't work (I've been told this has something to do with parser functions). It edits only in user space, and (if functioning correctly) modifies nothing but the userboxes. You may contact Michael Billington if you have any questions/comments/complaints/criticism about the bot.
What else does it do? edit
Until the category is cleared, MichaelBillingtonBot will also help to implement the German userbox solution based on Category:Migrated userbox stubs, a very similar task to what it already does.
