My main interest is to write about Anabaptist groups. Another aim here is to make Wikipedia easier to understand for people without an academic education.
English is not my mother tongue. I speak several languages and I'm able to read and understand even more languages among them all German dialects of Anabaptist groups like Pennsylvania German, Alsatian dialect, Bernese German, Plautdietsch and Hutterisch. These are not mere "accents", as English speakers may presume, but different language forms with each having its own grammar, vocabulary and phonology and which are hardly mutually intelligible.
