Mel, (Rommel John Pacio) is a Thomasian artist graduated in University of Santo Tomas in the year 2014. He started his carreer in painting when he was studying 4th high school where he majors painting still life and landscapes. He is a member of Art Association of the Philippines where he is active and post his artwork on the said group.
