Commonly known by his stage name MCDEE(GOD'S CLIQUE) also by birth name MCDEE TATENDA GWASIRA is a Zimbabwean christian rap/hip hop artist and Co founder of a christian rap music record label GOD'S CLIQUE EMPIRE.He was born in Harare Zimbabwe on 26 July in a family of two.
HISTORY MCDEE started rapping at an early age as he grew up in a community which was surrounded by hip hop fanatics and he chose christian rap over street hip hop because he grew up in a christian family but he still loved the genre. MCDEE recorded his first singles in 2011 at Thunder Swagg Studios produced by Thunder Lenny these tracks include HATERS and LAY LOW both tracks featured Thunder Lenny and SO FLY. MCDEE also did a freestyle called MR TRUMP and it went viral. In 2012 MCDEE and other young rappers from his hood including Shawn,Tafdis and Ellis formed a christian rap music group called STEM this name was derived from the initials of their names they produced a couple of songs as a group including THANK YOU LORD and ALL PRAISE which were produced by ITON studios, MCDEE aslo did a track with ELLIS entitled LET IT SHINE and the group also did a freestyle called HELL OR HEAVEN. In 2015 MCDEE and his other members decided to rename the group to GOD'S CLIQUE EMPIRE as they were constructing a gospel rap music empire whilst reaching new heights and hitting pinnacles. in 2015 GOD'S CLIQUE recorded a single entitled JEHOVAH JAIREH at EVERFRESH STUDIOS and this was hit single for that year.In 2016 GOD'S CLIQUE recorded a hit single entitled BRAVEST produced by Kriticalbeatz and the video was produced by Ghetto hustle Records, later that year MCDEE went on to record another hit single entitled HEROES OF FAITH which featured Kriticalbeatz and was produced by Beatzclappin studioz....
MCDEE has many musical projects lined up on his schedule and he is also a student at BINDURA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE EDUCATION pursuing a degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Mnagement
