Brief Biographical Overview edit
I am eighteen years of age, give or take. I hail from the nondescript urban conglomeration of Rochester, Minnesota. True to my home state's stereotypes, I am primarily of Scandinavian descent, and often find myself sounding like the folks from Fargo. I do most of my computer-related work (and recreation, for that matter) on a MacBook Pro, and weild it as a lethal weapon. I currently study music technology at Rochester Community and Technical College.

- I am an aspiring musician; a composer, theorist, technologist, and pianist/keyboardist. My musical tastes are quite varied, including: film and video game soundtracks; European/Western classical music, particularly that of the twentieth century; folk music; classic, progressive, and art rock; reggae; techno; and many other genres that I don't follow beyond one or two songs/pieces that I like.
- While I don't have impressive formal training in the subject, I consider myself a skilled user of the English language. My vocabulary is quite substantial, and I'm proficient in the realms of spelling and diction, also. I am a self-proclaimed (and I'm sure anyone who knows me well enough will vouch for me) grammar Nazi.
- I am an amateur photographer, particularly fascinated with photojournalism. I have some formal training and experience in the subject, though lack of a decent camera has prevented me from getting any photos published.
- I enjoy reading, and have a fairly good knowledge of English-language fictional literature in general. I'm also familiar with many biographies, histories and religious texts.
- I am an avid gamer. I own nearly every Nintendo console and handheld, as well as two gaming-grade computers. My favorite game of all time is Lemmings (which also happens to boast one of my favorite soundtracks).
- I'm a reluctant news junkie. I'm depressed by current events and I hate politics; however, I can't seem to get enough of either one. I'm constantly tuned in to Minnesota Public Radio, and am able to turn my complete attention C-SPAN for extended periods of time.
- I play a good deal of tennis. I compete at the USTA 4.0 level; occasionally higher. I'm trying to cut back on the temper tantrums.
Current Endeavors edit
This section details the work I'm doing (or attempting to do) on Wikipedia at the time of its writing. Assuming a constructive mood, this section should be updated fairly often.
- Working on my hometown article of Rochester, Minnesota. I recently added a keen infobox that I've always thought the article could use, and I intend to help clean up the rest of the article, which is awkward in a few areas.
- Helping with general cleanup in Homeworld and related articles. Many of them are low in quality, and still more amount to fancruft.
