The Asylum is a 2015 short horror story soon to be the best-selling horror worldwide. The Asylum tells the story of an unnamed male victim, nineteen years of age, who adventures through an abandoned Mental Asylum. In the process of his investigation, the unknown victim is faced with terrifying task of escaping ‘The Dolly Maker’, a past resident of the Asylum who is believed to haunt Cane Hill to this day.
Future/Movies - The Asylum is currently being made into a movie starring Evan Peters as The Dolly Maker and Cameron Dallas as our victim, who becomes known as Colby Dustin in the movie. The Asylum movie is an extended version of the short story, where we get a background of our victim, Colby Dustin’s life before he enters the abandoned Cane Hill Asylum.
Setting – Cane Hill Mental Asylum is a Mental hospital located in Coulsdon, Greater London, UK. The mental Hospital closed down in late 1991 and has been abandoned ever since.

Our Victim starts the story seeming a curious individual. As the story continues we learn our Victim is quite a vulnerable person and no where near as confident as he seems.
The stories Antagonist is a notorious murderer known as William 'The Dolly Maker' Stiles. William is known as the man who kills young people and dresses them as dolls for his pleasure. He haunts Cane Hill Asylum and is dressed in a skin tight black suit, where you can only see his dark green eyes.
