I don't have much to say about myself except that I'm an avid Wikipedia user and occasional contributor. Most of my contributions are minor but I have made significant contributions to the Pyramid Scheme article. I authored most of the 8-ball section and diagrams and have kept an eye on it since. My interest in that topic stems from personal experiences with a local pyramid scheme that almost ensnared a brother-in-law and I spent a lot of time researching the scheme and working out the mathematics of it.
I despise all forms of fraud that prey on the weak or gullible. And I take an active interest in articles on those subjects (pyramid schemes, MLMs, quackery, psychics and so on). My desire is that if I can help just one person by revealing the truth about get rich quick schemes or some "celebrity" of the movement that my efforts have been worth it.
