This sandbox will serve to develop better content for the main page History of China.
Themes: territory, changes in political regimes, population (when available), ethnic groups when relevant, various "achievements" (cultural, scientific, technological, etc.), developments in philosophy and cultural policies ("schools" of thought, examinations, painting/poetry, etc.), religion, important issues for each period (transition to modern China for the Qing, for instance, existence or lack thereof for the Xia, etc.), founding of each dynasty, basic political history.
Outline for each period: adapt from the featured articles Han dynasty, Tang dynasty, Song dynasty, etc.: start with political history, then the rest, making sure you discuss territory, population, ethnicity, culture, etc.
