I have been an occasional Wikipedia editor since 2010, speaking English, German and rusty French.
I have created and significantly expanded pages by translating from German (most commonly) to English.
I am a fan of widespread standardisation, in particular the wider use of Metric measurements. So I often add the convert template to articles where only one measurement system has been used, so long as it does not make the articles less readable.
I also try to simplify or improve grammar in articles, where it is obviously advantageous or just wrong.
