Lita here from Oakland, California. I'm a sociologist and writer by training, and a reader, waitress and curriculum developer by trade. I love discovering amazing UX, putting myself in other people's moccasins, and improving on anything - be it my own writing, Wikipedia, or grocery store layout (to name a few).
