SB 469 was a proposed piece of 2012 legislation in the U.S. State of Georgia. Will Dobson, author of The Dictator's Learning Curve: Inside the Global Battle for Democracy, characterized the bill as something that would come out of Putin's Russia.[1] The Atlanta Journal-Constitution called the bill "a blanket ban on mass protests".[2]
