Legends of the City (L.O.C.) Entertainment is an independent record label based out of Charlotte, NC. The company was founded in 2012. We feel that the Queen City has potential to be the next musical Mecca. The company will focus on all genres of music such as, Hip Hop, Pop, R&B, Soul and Gospel. Basically if you have true talent and represent Charlotte or any of part of the Carolinas, we would like to help develop your talent. L.O.C. is looking to produce local talent that will help put us on the map once and for all.
