Kuek Deng Kuek is a South Sudanese national, from Warrap State, Gogrial West County of Alek South Pagam,his mother is Kung Wek Tingkeya from Papuol clan in Atukuel Village in Gogrial. He married to Angeth Lual Anyak from Achol Pagong exactly from Pataang In 19 March 2013.

He started his primary school at Atukuel Primary School in the year 2000 then later move to Kuacjok Basic School in 2007 where he completed his Primary Leaving Examination Certificate in 2011. Upon completion he immediately joined Alek Secondary School and complete his secondary education in 2014. He has worked for Action Against Hunger as Community Mobilizer in 2013 up-to 2014. And later move to World Vision in 2014 to 2015 and serve there as Community Mobilizer for Local Governce and services delivery project where he managed to construct Mathiang Thel Primary School, Bul Primary school, Ngapathian Primary school and Aluelgaach primary Healthcare unit.

He came to Uganda on 23rd January 2016 and join St. Lawrence University Kampala Uganda to do his pre-university certificate which is somehow called foundation access program certificate for the duration of 1 year after completion he continued to do his Bachelor's degree in Public Health in the same institution and he graduated in the year 2019 November. While at his studies in the University he participated alot in students politics beginning with his own community which is Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda and serve as Speaker in 2016 to 2017, he did that work very well which led to his nomination to Gogrial State Community in Uganda to contest for Speakership at Gogrial State Community in Uganda level and he managed to breakthrough a competitive elections and won to serve as Speaker for 1 year from 2017 to 2018 he again got nomination to represent Warrap State Community in Uganda in the electoral commission of Bhar El Ghazel students union in Uganda as Speaker and he conducted that job to the best of his people expectations.

Afterward, he moved to university politics and contested as the president of South Sudanese students at St. Lawrence University and he won the election and serve successfully to unite the south Sudanese students at SLAU from 2018 to 2019.
