18th at the Taiwan Sugar Museum in order to promote hip hop culture to the locals. Besides live music acts, THHF featured rap battles and graffiti jam. Debut turnout has been estimated to be around 1000 people.

The festival took place at the Taiwan Sugar Museum in Kaohsiung City. The museum is accessible South East from Ciaotou Station of the Kaohsiung MRT.Usually a historical museum and the district landmark has been turned into a festival ground by the organizers.
