- Mainain project integrity
- Watch for WP:REFSPAM, and self-promotion
- Watch for use of non-WP:MEDRS sources (undergraduate textbooks, predatory journals, clinical trials) — WP:RS/P
- Watch for and track WP:COI/WP:UPE, and report to WP:COI/N, WP:UAA (WP:UPOL)
- Check for and resolve contradictory claims in articles
- Make sure all claims have references; if not:
- annotate
{{cn}}, or
- find my own source to use, or
- remove claim entirely
- Identify vandals, especially persistent vandals or persistently vandalised articles
- Periodically review and repair poor grammar
- Periodically check for salience and logical location in article for new content
- Keep an eye out for articles that should be WP:SPLIT or WP:MERGEd
