Jeff Robertson was this really gay dude in Norfolk. He was a small buiseness owner. He was the first gay guy in Norfolk so we named this park after him.
The park is next to Ryan and Maddie’s place. They are so chill that the neighbors submitted a petition to the city council to rename the park to Jeff and Taquito Park. Taquito is Ryan and Maddie’s gay cat. He is the first openly gay cat to live in the Norfolk city limits.
The goal of of the petition is to honor the first openly gay cat in the Norfolk area, but to give courage to other nearby cats to come out of the closet.
