My name is John van Oppen and I am a senior network engineer at Spectrum Networks where I am also one of the owneres.
We operate around Washington State and buy most of our IP transit at the Westin Building in downtown Seattle where our network has GigE circuits to Savvis, Level3, PCCW, NTT (Verio) and the Seattle IX. All connections are routed using BGP (AS11404) to provide redundancy in case of a provider or edge router failure.
