The National Association of Student Organizations of the Philippines (Filipino: Pambansang Samahan ng mga Organisasyong Mag-aaral ng Pilipinas), also known as the NASO-Philippines, is a chartered organization in the Philippines that specifically addresses issues surrounding Filipino student organizations and student councils. It was founded on March 25, 2004.

Organizational Structure edit

The organization is divided into three (3) departments which are the following:

  • Executive Department (Board of Directors)
  • Legislative Department (General Assembly)
  • Judiciary Department (Tribunal Court)

Student Executive Service Officer (SESO) edit

The Student Executive Service Officer Rank or SESO is an official title you receive if the applicant successfully passed the series of interviews, behavioral, oral and written examinations. The SESO Ranked Officials are eligible to apply, to be recommended or to be promoted for higher positions with or without the approval of any organizational body.

Requirements for rank promotion: PASSED in both Level 7 interview and Level 7 behavioral examination; at least 90% in Level 7 oral and written examination

Requirements for rank promotion: PASSED in both Level 6 interview and Level 6 behavioral examination; at least 85% in Level 6 oral and written examination

  • Student Executive Service Officer Rank IV (SESO IV)

Requirements for rank promotion: PASSED in both Level 5 interview and Level 5 behavioral examination; at least 85% in Level 5 oral and written examination

Requirements for candidate rank promotion: PASSED in both Level 1 interview and Level 1 behavioral examination; at least 80% in Level 1 oral and written examination

Official Position Ranking edit

The official position ranking will be based on how many years you are in the position you held with the approval of the Board of Directors. Every position in the organizational body should start in Rank I plus the years the official served the position on the basis of the constitution and bylaws.
