Jason Sholl, (born March 14, 1980) is a producer, director, and writer residing in San Jose, California. He's a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory and Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor's degree in Television Production.

He's been a soccer referee since 1994. He's a registered State Referee (Grade 5) with the United States Soccer Federation and a National Referee with the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association. In 1998, he was selected as the California Youth Referee of the Year, and attended the US Youth Soccer National Championships in Orlando, Florida in 2000. He was also selected for ODP National Championships in 2001. He currently volunteers as the Director of Technology for the California North Referee Administration.

Currently works at the Santa Clara County Office of Education as a Director of Digital Design & Media Services. He is also the CEO/President of ProReferee.
